SMS Security Alert Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Security Alert Service
LeConte-Woodmanston Foundation, INC (“LeConte-Woodmanston Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an optional SMS notification service for authorized individuals who choose to receive informational security alerts relating to the property and its security systems.
Messages may include notifications concerning security events detected by the property’s security monitoring equipment.
This SMS service is intended for informational security notifications only. It is not an emergency response service and should not be relied upon for emergency assistance. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By entering your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Security Alert SMS Notifications form, you agree to receive informational security alert text messages from LeConte-Woodmanston Foundation, INC.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing, accessing, or using any other service provided by LeConte-Woodmanston Foundation, INC.
Message frequency may vary depending on security events and system activity.

Standard Message and Data Rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. LeConte-Woodmanston Foundation, INC does not control or guarantee carrier rates or service availability.
